Prayer and Fasting for Nigeria
“The prayer of the righteous is powerful and effective” (James 5:16b, NRSV).
Faced with unspeakable violence Ekklesiyar Yan’uwa a Nigeria (EYN, the Church of the Brethren in Nigeria) has sought ways to faithfully witness to the love and peace of Christ. In order to support our sisters and brothers as well as all the people of Nigeria, Annual Conference affirmed a resolution calling the church to prayer and fasting. The resources below are offered to support and encourage you and your congregation to support EYN as they persevere in their witness to Christ.
